Postage information

Please note that when ordering under £40.00 ex Vat there is a premium postage cost, anything over £40.00 the postage cost is reduced, this is as the postage and packing costs are costly and this way we can reduce the cost for most orders.
Why is postage so expensive:
The reason for this is because the trims are 250cm long so there are limited couriers that carry these length. Each package is manually handled. These costs have been subsidised by Vroma to keep the cost to the customers down.
How will my long items orderes be protected in transport:
Vroma have designed PVC & Cardboard pipes to protect our trims during transport, this has proven to be an effective way to avoid damages.
Is the packaging recycable?
The cardboard and PVC pipes used are widely recyclable, the PVC pipes are reusable.
WHAT WE RECOMMEND TO USE TO CUT TILE TRIMS
We recommend using an Evolution Rage-4 chop-saw with the standard blade for aluminium and the specialised Makita stainless-steel blade for stainless steel.
HOW TO CUT STAINLESS STEEL 304/316
We recommend using a Makita specialised stainless steel cutting blade, we have put the Amazon link on the stainless-steel pages under 'additional information'.
Can i add to my order that i have just placed, without paying postage twice?
Yes, as long as it is before the cut-off time. Just place a new order and choose 'collection in store' which is free and it will automatically merge the 2 orders together for delivery. Please make sure to include a 'note' at checkout.
When will my order be delivered?
All orders placed before the cut-off are dispatched the same day on a next working day delivery service. We advise 1-2 days as we are not in control of the courier's lead times. For remote postcodes this may take longer.
Collection in store, how soon can i collect?
Immediately, as all our trims are held in stock.

My Orders
My order has been delivered damaged, what do i do?
Ensure the delivery driver marks it down as damaged, the next step would be to email support with the clear images (the more images the better)
Incorrect item Recieved, what do i do?
As humans are involved in the picking process mistakes do occur, please do take images of the labels on the actual trim and email them over to support.
i have made an error and ordered the incorrect item, i have now placed a new order for the correct ones. Will the driver collect the return while delivering the replacment order?
Unfortuntly we are unable to arrange collections, as the contract we have with the courier is based on collection from our business address.
how long do i have to return my Items
We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items will need to be in a resalable, clean condition.
Can i exchange my items in-store?
Yes.
